Samsung Galaxy S3 is becoming the most talked and rumored phone of 2012, with now a leaked press invite for their London Olympic’s event that revealed the date supposedly for the Galxay S3 launch.
This is very probable date as an invitation has surfaced for Samsung’s event in London. The invite shows a picture of the supposed device maybe a placeholder, with the title “Samsung Galaxy SIII The New Generation Coming.”
This date matches up with Samsung’s intentions for a mid-year release during the London Olympics, and past reports have suggested the Galaxy S3 unveiled in April or May.
The image certainly suggests a sleek design, with the words “Fast. Vivid. Slim.” across the top of the invite. It is possible that this is a very clever fan mockup, since Samsung has not official confirmed anything.
On April 4th it was reported that Samsung had begun its carrier testing on the new product in Korea. The company did this with the intention of getting the device out in a timely manner, the report said, indicating that the launch could be soon.
Samsung Galaxy S3 is already on its way to huge success with 10 million units already preordered in Korea. This is more than the Samsung Galaxy Note has sold to date, which is only 5 million.
